  • Fin straighten if needed
  • Wash unit out using environmentally safe cleaner
  • Check refrigerant charge of unit
  • Remove any debris in the bottom of unit

  • Pull Burner assembly to vacuum burner chamber
  • Clean drain traps and drains
  • Pull blower housing and clean blower assembly
  • Clean and service pilot assembly
  • Check all electrical connections on ICB

  • Open Coil enclosure
  • Inspect coil for corrosion and dirt
  • Removal of dirt and debris
  • Clean coil and drain with environmentally safe chemicals
